Weekly timesheet

–

Enter time as hours.minutes — e.g. 6.47 = 6 hrs 47 min. Week totals show as hrs:min.

Bulk import hours

Upload a CSV with columns date, hours, pto, eo, fo. Dates must be YYYY-MM-DD and inside your tracking period; hours are hours.minutes — 6.47 means 6 hrs 47 min (minutes 00–59). Put yes in the pto column for paid-time-off days, the eo column for early outs, or the fo column for force outs (one tag per day — for EO/FO, the hours column is the hours you actually worked). Rows with no hours or tags are ignored, so the easiest path is: download the template (it has one row per day of your year), fill in the hours column, and import it. Nothing is saved if the file has any errors.

PTO sell back
